2. Entertainment Purposes Only Disclaimer
IMPORTANT NOTICE: FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY
The HotterThan application and its calculated HotScores, temperature comparisons, and historical context are provided strictly for general informational and entertainment purposes only. The Service should not be relied upon for critical decision-making, agricultural planning, health-related heat precautions, safety, or emergency weather awareness.
Users should always consult official, trusted local meteorological sources (such as the National Weather Service or local emergency management authorities) for official forecasts, severe weather warnings, and safety guidelines.
3. Data Source & Use at Your Own Risk
HotterThan aggregates and presents data derived from third-party services, including Apple Weather data (WeatherKit) and historical climate datasets. While we strive for accuracy, weather data can contain gaps, delays, or errors.
You explicitly acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
4. Intellectual Property
All branding, custom HotScore scoring calculations, visual designs, graphics, and interface assets associated with HotterThan are the exclusive intellectual property of the app creator and operator.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HotterThan and its developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Service or reliance on any weather data presented.

If you encounter technical issues, unexpected errors, or have questions regarding these Terms, please report them directly through the support section inside the HotterThan app.
